Hello World, Hello Israel: Manners and Etiquette for VIP hospitality

The business arena has its own rules, its own dynamics, and its own secrets. To be able to play the role in this field in the best way possible, you must be familiar with the rules and guidelines and with the dynamics that exists in the organization and outside of it: the clients, the competitors, and the colleagues.

In the modern point of view of the business world, paying close attention to the way you dress, act, and carry yourself is a part of the profession.

Having competitive professional advantages is not quite enough – we also must dress to impress, hold a strong, reliable, stable professional presence, and know how to create effective interpersonal communication while knowing and understanding the etiquette protocol and the culture of interpersonal communication, locally and globally.

To reach those goals we listed, one must execute certain tools and methods based on business etiquette and business protocols that allows us to navigate in the business world under guidelines that are common around the world, as well as ways to handle new, confusing, and unknown situations.

Manners: Simply treating others in a proper, pleasant, respectable way including the way one carries himself and acts in society and how to act towards others around. Manners are a permanent notion that doesn’t change according to consequences or location and valid across cultures and generations.

Etiquette: Proper behavior that is affected by location, culture, and consequences. Business and social etiquette is different across countries, cultures, eras, and situations.

You must be familiar with both to conduct a productive, coherent, professional work environment and business eco-system.

You still need to hold enough professional knowledge, skills and experience beyond etiquette and manners but understanding etiquette and manners is a platform that helps you highlight those qualities in the best, most effective way possible and polishing those tools is the fastest, easiest, safest way to reach the superior goals of organizational excellence and a positive brand reputation and image.

Implementing rules of manners and etiquette creates correlation between the excellence factors to business brand image.

Other techniques and models requires the organization and the individual to stick to a pre-written script. The benefit of the TLL Hospitality method is being a flexible and custom-designed to the reality of the unique needs of the organization that changes according to situation and issues surrounding it.

The base of etiquette and manners is built based on common sense and logical thinking, making it a simple, natural tool to utilize. It also has a broad use because it touches on any aspect of life, assisting us to handle any situation, unpredictable or not, in any field, because in the end of the day, the business world, just like life, is not a pre-written script but a fluid reality that is ever changing.
