What would you say about a two-and-a-half-meter-wide chocolate house weighing 200 kilograms and a nutritional value of almost half a million calories? 436,000 to be exact.
It took four weeks for the culinary staff of the Fairmont Hotel in Dubai, headed by Chef Romain Castet, to create the chocolate egg, which must be delicious, but more than that – a great picture.
