In January 2018, Tami Leibowitz, founder and manager of TLL, launched a basket of professional services for the hospitality industry – hotels, restaurants and events. The range of solutions includes counseling, training workshops and enrichment lectures and provides practical knowledge for VIP hospitality.
The new initiative TLL Hospitality brings new concepts to the arena, such as the hotel protocol, the restaurant protocol and the events protocol, which in practice constitute the most advanced knowledge base for luxury, formal and informal hospitality.
The protocols are based on the International Business Language Code (IBL Code), which Tami brought to Israel a few years ago, and even wrote the book that was sold worldwide.
